Child Travel Power of Attorney

A child travel power of attorney in Dubai and across the UAE allows a minor child to travel with an individual who is neither a parent nor a legal guardian. When the child is not travelling with at least one of his parents, a power of attorney of this kind is typically necessary. In some countries, a child travel power of attorney is a mandatory requirement.

Powers Granted Under a Child Travel POA

  • Accompanying the child during air/sea travel
  • Representing the child’s father/legal guardian before immigration and airline authorities
